Alexia Laroche-Joubert quitte Endemol pour monter sa société de production. La productrice et animatrice connu par le grand public pour la participation à la Star Academy, rejoint Stéphane Courbis, lui même ancien patron d’Endemol.
Alexia Laroche-Joubert a collaboré successivement pour les chaînes thématique de Canal+, TF1 (1997) puis Endemol (1998).
